What connotes a miracle? Can any little moment in the day be a miracle OR does it have to come out of the sky in technicolor? I mean really. We’re talking miracles here. I’m of the belief that the former is true. Believing in miracles goes against my Aristotle and Kierkegaard loving inquiring mind, but my soul craves to find beauty in the simple poetics of everyday life.
That being said…does today’s C+P Wisdom cause a conundrum? A miracle is seemingly the last thing on earth (or earthly depending upon your slant) that would be looking for results. Anyway you slice it…it’s worth a deep inhale and at least a thought or two on what your soul has to think about all this. in other words, don’t answer with your head! Quiet the monkey-chatter in your head and let your soul listen intently to your divine inner voice – that in itself is a miracle on any given day.

My car is often my listening sanctuary…no teens asking for a meal & no a single lovable but barking dog. Ahhh….4-wheelin’ serenity. The Age of Miracles: Embracing the New Midlife (Unabridged) – Marianne Williamson, is a great place to start for women of a certain age (yes you…and me). My all-time fave author, Thomas Moore, will inevitably be coming out with his tome on aging soon. Grab it when it does. Live every day miraculously. Savour it. Enjoy.
